LILY’S SESSION

Lily contacted me a few months ago and was so excited to book her maternity session. She planned on just doing maternity but was also interested in newborn so she decided to go with my Belly to Baby package that includes both maternity and newborn sessions for a special price! I was excited to meet her and give her a dream session.

When she came in we started first with hair and makeup to get all glammed up and then head to my client closet to try on dresses. Lily let me know the colors she wanted in her questionnaire so i pulled some dresses that i knew she would love. She saw my black dress with leg slit and fell in LOVE so ended up being her first dress choice. lily wanted to add some color too so we chose a red! She looked stunning and those photos were her favorite. Eli did amazing throwing the dress for my infamous toss picture. Some dad’s take a few tries to get it right and I don’t blame them! The fabric the way it wants to! The next dress was my grey dress that I always recommend to any mama’s that love some bling. It’s definitely one of my favorites!! We ended with my backlit shots which I do at every session! It’s my staple. It looks like a crazy set up in person but look AMAZING when edited! It’s very classic timeless feel which i love.

We ended our session by heading outside and having so much fun. I love being able to give BOTH outdoor and studio portraits at my sessions that way you get a great variety in your gallery! I am obsessed with all the Fall colors in these and so was Lily! I can’t wait to meet her little guy in just a couple months. He’s already so loved!!
